1 egg
2 Tablespoons of milk or water
1 Tablespoon of diced ham, or bacon (lunch meat works great!)
1 Tablespoon of grated cheese of your choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Crack egg into mug & add milk. Stir in ham, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in the microwave and cook for 1 min. - 1min. 30 sec. depending on your microwave. (I do 1 min. 10 sec.) Out comes a fluffy, tasty omlet that can be eaten on the run!
(The only dish you have is a mug and a fork! The mug also keeps it hot longer than placing the omlet on a plate so it works great for those children who don't always come to breakfast when you thought they would!)
