1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 t. salt
2-4 T. butter or margarine
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Put butter in a 9x13" pan and place in the oven until butter is melted.
Place all ingredients except butter in a blender and blend until batter is smooth
When butter is melted remove pan from oven and spread melted butter evenly across the bottom of the pan. Pour batter into 9x13 pan and return to the oven. Bake for 15-20 min. until pancake is puffed and golden brown.
