Sweet Tip!

Strong Eternal Marriages!

"Faith is the foundation of every virtue that strengthens marriage. Strengthening faith strengthens marriage. Faith grows as we keep the commandments, and so do the harmony and joy in marriage. Thus, keeping the commandments is fundamental to establishing strong eternal marriages."

Happy Mother's Day!

"We are here to influence the world rather than to be influenced by the world. If we could unleash the full influence of covenant-keeping women, the kingdom of God would change overnight. No one has more influence on husbands than wives, on children than mothers, or on young men than young women. Show me the women of any family or community, and I will show you the character and soul of that family and community. I repeat, if we would unleash the full influence of covenant-keeping women, the kingdom of God would change overnight." -Sheri Dew, "Awake, Arise, and Come Unto Christ", BYU Women's Conference, May 1, 2008.

"Let kindness, charity and love, crown your works."

Speaking to the Relief Society, the prophet Joseph Smith taught:

"Let this society teach how to act towards husbands, to treat them with mildness and affection. When a man is borne down with trouble-- when he is perplexed, if he can meet a smile, not an argument-- if he can meet with mildness, it will calm down his soul and southe his feelings. When the mind is going to despair, it needs a solace...When you go home never give a cross word, but let kindness, charity and love, crown your works."
